We are looking for a motivated Junior FullStack Developer to join our engineering team and support the development of web-based applications for internal and client projects. This role is suitable for someone who has basic to intermediate understanding of frontend, backend, database, and application development workflow. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, able to follow technical guidance, write clean and maintainable code, and collaborate with senior developers, project managers, and designers. You will be involved in building features, fixing bugs, integrating APIs, creating database queries, testing application functions, and supporting deployment preparation. This position is suitable for candidates who want to grow their technical skills through real project experience while contributing to practical software development work.

Tanggung jawab utama

  • Develop, maintain, and improve web application features based on project requirements and technical guidance.
  • Work on frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
  • Support backend development using technologies such as .NET, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
  • Create, consume, and integrate REST APIs between frontend and backend systems.
  • Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases.
  • Write basic database queries, perform data validation, and support simple database design tasks.
  • Fix bugs, troubleshoot application issues, and support testing activities before release.
  • Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and other team members to deliver application features.
  • Follow coding standards, Git workflow, task management process, and project documentation guidelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint discussions, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
  • Prepare simple technical documentation related to developed features, API usage, configuration, or deployment notes.
  • Continuously learn new technologies, development practices, and tools required for project delivery.

Kualifikasi yang dicari

  • Fresh graduate or junior-level candidate with basic experience in software development, web development, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
  • Basic experience with at least one frontend framework such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of backend development using .NET, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of REST API concepts, request/response flow, JSON, and API integration.
  • Basic experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases.
  • Familiar with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or other version control tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development workflow, debugging, testing, and deployment preparation.
  • Willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to follow technical direction from senior developers.
  • Able to communicate clearly, work in a team, and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
  • Having portfolio projects, internship experience, freelance experience, or personal coding projects is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud deployment, Docker, CI/CD, or Linux server is a plus but not mandatory.
