We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our online marketing activities, campaign execution, content planning, social media management, lead generation, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing digital channels, creating marketing content, analyzing campaign performance, and improving brand visibility across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with the business, sales, content, design, and product teams to plan and execute digital marketing activities that support brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth. You will be involved in social media campaigns, content strategy, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, analytics reporting, and digital marketing optimization.
This position is suitable for someone who is proactive, structured, creative, analytical, and able to translate business goals into practical digital marketing execution.
Tanggung jawab utama
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, search engine, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or other relevant channels.
- Create and manage content calendars, campaign schedules, posting plans, and digital marketing activities.
- Develop content ideas, captions, short copy, campaign messages, and basic content briefs for designers or video editors.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, blog content planning, and website traffic improvement.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, website traffic, conversion rate, cost per lead, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Prepare regular marketing reports with insights, findings, and improvement recommendations.
- Support lead generation activities through landing pages, forms, email campaigns, content marketing, and digital funnels.
- Collaborate with sales or business development teams to align digital campaigns with target customers and business objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, content benchmarking, and trend monitoring to improve digital marketing strategy.
- Manage basic website content updates, landing page content, and digital assets when required.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, developers, and external partners to deliver marketing materials.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through testing, optimization, analytics, and audience feedback.
Kualifikasi yang dicari
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, or similar roles.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing, and website analytics.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or similar channels.
- Experience using digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, website content optimization, and organic traffic growth.
- Able to create content ideas, campaign concepts, captions, marketing copy, and content briefs.
- Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Good analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, identify problems, and recommend improvements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with sales, design, content, product, and technical teams.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks or campaigns.
- Experience in B2B marketing, technology company, SaaS, IT consulting, or digital product marketing is a strong advantage.
- Basic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar applications is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, landing pages, or lead nurturing is a plus.
