We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Specialist to support our cloud infrastructure, server environment, deployment process, and project-based infrastructure implementation. This is a freelance or part-time role for someone who can help design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure for internal and client projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS and similar cloud platforms, understands cloud architecture, server management, networking, security, CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure documentation. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly with the project team, and provide practical technical recommendations based on project requirements, timeline, budget, and operational needs. You will be involved in cloud infrastructure planning, environment setup, deployment support, performance monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvement across multiple projects.

Tanggung jawab utama

  • Design, set up, and maintain cloud infrastructure for internal systems and client projects.
  • Manage cloud services on AWS or similar platforms, including compute, storage, database, networking, security, monitoring, and backup services.
  • Prepare infrastructure architecture based on project requirements, including staging, production, high availability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery considerations.
  • Support project teams in translating application requirements into suitable infrastructure design and deployment environments.
  • Configure and manage Linux servers, web servers, application runtimes, databases, DNS, SSL certificates, firewall rules, and access control.
  • Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployment, rollback, and release management.
  • Manage container-based deployment using Docker and, when required, Kubernetes, ECS, or similar orchestration platforms.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, application performance, server logs, uptime, resource usage, and cloud service availability.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, server, network, DNS, SSL, database connectivity, and production environment issues.
  • Support cloud migration, server migration, environment replication, backup restoration, and infrastructure optimization activities.
  • Review infrastructure cost, usage, and performance, then recommend improvements for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement basic security hardening, access management, secret management, backup strategy, and operational best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, deployment guides, server specifications, access notes, and operational runbooks.
  • Coordinate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure delivery aligns with project scope, timeline, and business objectives.

Kualifikasi yang dicari

  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Experience with React or a similar JavaScript framework.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, System Administration, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, Load Balancer, ECS, EKS, Lambda, or related services.
  • Experience with other cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, or similar providers is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Linux server administration, networking, DNS, SSL, firewall, web server configuration, and server security.
  • Experience designing and maintaining staging, production, and project-based cloud environments.
  • Experience with Docker and container-based deployment.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipeline, or similar tools.
  • Familiar with monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, recovery, and incident troubleshooting practices.
  • Understanding of cloud cost optimization, scalability planning, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code, or automated provisioning is a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting web application environments such as .NET, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, React, WordPress, or database-backed applications is a plus.
  • Able to read project requirements and translate them into infrastructure needs, risks, assumptions, and implementation plans.
  • Able to communicate clearly, work independently, document technical work, and provide practical recommendations to the project team.
  • Available for freelance or part-time engagement based on agreed working hours, deliverables, project milestones, or support needs.
